144 Accessories for Fujifilm X-H1 Mirrorless Digital Camera Body with Battery Grip Kit
Description
Fujifilm's X Series cameras have earned their reputation for excellence over the years. And, according to Fujifilm, the X-H1 is the best-performing X Series model yet. They've introduced several improvements over previous models based on feedback from photographers like you.
While this newest flagship camera is larger and more durable than other X Series models, it's still under half the size of some DSLRs with similar specs. That means you get the convenience of a discreet mirrorless camera form factor with more robust build quality and a nice chunky grip that lets you keep a firm hold.
The X-H1 is the first ever X Series camera with in-body 5-axis image stabilization. This feature is great for photographers who frequently shoot handheld. You'll get much sharper shots at considerably slower shutter speeds. This makes it much easier to work in changing conditions with Fujinon lenses that don't have built-in stabilization. And even lenses that do will get an extra boost from the camera's built-in system.
A new shutter shock absorption mechanism and "feather-touch" shutter button combine with the X-H1's ergonomic grip to eliminate camera shake even further.
Fujifilm also added a flicker reduction feature. This system detects the flickering of artificial indoor lights and automatically controls shutter timing to coincide with peak brightness, for consistent results in indoor sports photography,
The X-H1's 24.3-megapixel APS-C sized sensor and high-speed processing engine give your photos and videos outstanding color reproduction with high ISO sensitivity and low noise. Well-placed dials and buttons make it easy to adjust settings without removing your eye from the camera's bright OLED viewfinder. You also get touch focusing and shooting options to make the most of the LCD screen when you want or need to use it.
The X-H1's top-plate LCD monitor (another X Series first) displays your main settings along with other detailed information, even when the camera is off.
The X-H1 offers a professional-standard DCI 4K (4096 x 21060) video mode that supports the 17:9 digital cinema aspect ratio. It records high-quality video at up to 200 Mbps, and shoots high-speed video up to 120 frames per second. The dynamic range "F-Log" log-gamma option is available for recording or sending uncompressed output to external equipment.
As a renowned manufacturer of color and black and white films for over 80 years, the folks at Fujifilm have a deep understanding of the role color plays in creating memorable photos. The X-H1's 16 different film simulation modes — including the new ETERNA mode for movies — let you use different color tones and gradations to add texture, depth, and atmosphere to your photos and videos.
As with its X Series predecessors, the X-H1's high-speed processing power gives it impressive autofocus performance. For subjects on the move, AF-C Custom settings let you optimize autofocus according to the type of movement, for extra-precise tracking.
Fujifilm refined the autofocus algorithm on the X-H1 to further improve the accuracy and speed of focusing in low light. Enhanced continuous autofocus performance during zooming improves your odds of getting sharp captures of erratically moving subjects.
To take full advantage of the X-H1's speedy autofocus, Fujifilm recommends pairing the camera with one of their "Red Badge" zoom lenses. The X-H1 achieves top performance with the XF16-55mm F2.8 R LM WR, XF50-140mm F2.8 R LM OIS WR, and XF100-400mm F4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR zoom lenses.
The included vertical grip lets you hold and operate the camera in vertical and horizontal positions with comfort and ease. Load up two NP-W126S batteries, and you won't have to worry about running out of juice during extended shooting sessions. The grip is sturdy and weather-sealed, just like the X-H1, so you can use it anywhere.
With the grip attached, Fujifilm's unique Boost mode extends 4K video recording time, in addition to improving continuous shooting speed and decreasing shutter lag and blackout time.
